The end of its reply
I solved this by hand, using candidate elimination and one short case split, and then checked the result. The case split was on whether r4c5 is 6 or 5. I only followed the 6 branch. It completes to a grid with no conflicts, and since the puzzle has exactly one solution, that grid is the answer. I did not work out the 5 branch. I checked every row and every column. I checked only some of the boxes, though the board is consistent in every case I looked at. <grid> 217538649 693471852 458629371 749362518 561894237 832715964 185243796 374986125 926157483 </grid> <confidence>96</confidence>
